One Park Place comprises three levels and is built around a dramatic 40' atrium. That means almost all of the offices have natural light.

One Park Place was built with top end finishes inside and out including state-of-the-art conference rooms, high ceilings and solid core wood doors. Floor and wall décor are already in place throughout the facility.
